New York, June 2015. For the purposes of a screenplay, Benoit Cohen decides to become a taxi driver, just like his heroine. And so he crisscrosses his adopted capital for several months, at the wheel of a taxi he rents every morning, and in which he hopes to find inspiration. Before that, he has to get his license at a school in the depths of Queens, a Frenchman among migrants from all countries in search of an "American dream" still possible.
