"Tous Toqués. That's the title I wanted to choose while patiently developing my new cookbook. Advocating equality for all in front of a 'stove' wasn't something I really disliked. Because, if you're a gourmet and not too clumsy, you'll inevitably cook one day, if you haven't already. My basic principle in this area has always been to 'keep it simple.' To preserve the authenticity of the taste, texture, and flavor of a fruit, a vegetable, a poultry, a spice, or a fish.
As you'll have understood, the aim of these recipes, derived from my usual culinary practices, is none other than to offer you the chance to make inexpensive and super-easy dishes for the most part.
Furthermore, it didn't seem superfluous to me to also offer you an infinite number of tips that will considerably ease your problems in the kitchen. You will therefore succeed in making these delicious dishes in so little time that you won't even believe it yourself.
