Marthe and I and the Others, Antoine Wauters

In a Paris devastated by a catastrophe (nuclear accident, natural cataclysm, religious war??), a group of young people roam the streets, trying to survive by eating what they find, singing John Holiways' tunes, and fleeing the violence of their enemies in search of a better place. Because in this tattered world, they still have to live in it, dress themselves, and find reasons to hope. How do they hold on?? How do they find within themselves the means to celebrate life when everything has gone under?? These are the questions that the protagonists of this adventure ask themselves, with humor and cruelty.
