In autumn 2007, in Lyon, Victor Lanoux, suffering from a heart problem, was forced to stop filming. Seven hours on the operating table and, upon waking, the actor found himself paraplegic. With extraordinary willpower, he decided to fight. First, his right toe moved. The struggle continued in Garches, day after day, for months, and finally Victor Lanoux won the battle. He has now fully recovered the use of his legs and has even resumed filming Louis la Brocante.
So it is his constant struggle, surrounded by his loved ones, and his rebirth, that he tells us about here, embellished with enjoyable flashbacks to his career and life, a life even more precious than before.
