At 28, Élisa has everything to be happy: a dream job at a major Parisian publishing house, a kind fiancé, Hugo, who cooks her delicious meals (most of the time), a slightly temperamental cat, and thousands of followers on social media.
But the veneer of this idyllic picture begins to crack the day Hugo accuses her of being completely addicted to her phone.
Listening only to her courage and wounded ego, Élisa decides to undertake a digital detox that is supposed to save her relationship, but which will most of all turn her life upside down...
