In the labyrinth of shattered ice floes, a cargo ship makes its way, risking being crushed by the floating mountains of ice. On board are two young women searching for a plane that crashed near the Pole. Soon, the rescue mission seems jeopardized by strange events. The crew, composed of superstitious Eskimos, claims that a fabulous being from the blizzard is harassing the ship. A nightmarish atmosphere sets in as sailors disappear one by one.
