The development of digital technology and the internet certainly plays an important role, but the way higher education operates today and the increasing complexity of law, not to mention the new demands of clients of legal professionals, are all phenomena that are profoundly transforming the way we learn law, the way we practice it, and more broadly, the way we experience it.

This modern law is Law 2.0, to which this book is dedicated.
