In the Time of Musketeers, Stéphanie Ledu, Cléo Germain

The Musketeer Company was founded during the turbulent reign of Louis XIII. This armed guard, composed of nobles, was entirely devoted to the king. They would fight valiantly by his side during the Siege of La Rochelle.
The rivalry between Louis XIII and Richelieu, his Prime Minister, would be illustrated in the numerous clashes between the King's Musketeer guard and that of the Cardinal.
