This book aims to be light, humble, and true. Like riding a scooter, like letting your thoughts wander on the road to Holland, and above all, like daring to imagine what our daily life will be like in thirty years. This book is also an act of resistance. It is rare to read or hear a vision of the future other than the expression of collective depression. Daily news, nationalism and populism, terrorism and fanaticism… our world seems to be going from bad to worse. Was the world therefore better before? Are we heading straight for collapse?
